Habit is the behaviour which we subconsciously repeat on a regular basis. We can simply state it as our automatic behaviour.

Depending upon the nature of a particular habit it can either be good or bad for us. We should consciously try to cultivate good habits and at the same time identify and do away with the bad ones. The process of learning or unlearning habits though hard can be mastered if we set our mind to it.

Unlearning of not so desirable habits calls for a genuine desire to do so, a firm action plan, will power and lots of patience. At the same time we should learn key life skills and make them our habits for life by regular practice.
